Snow Fun

Well this past weekend we got over 17" of snow. Jake just loves playing in the snow, especially when your shoveling, he likes to eat it.

What was Grammy thinking???

Sydney and Caden recieved these dress-up items today. Can you tell they're really excited? Even Jake had to participate!

1st Play Date

Yesterday Sydney and Caden had their first playdate with Alayah. She was born 3 days after them. At one point Caden and Alayah were holding hands.

No more kissing the ground

Caden is finally not kissing the ground anymore and today he had his first roll on to his back too.

Date night

My Dad and Mom came down for my birthday so Aaron and I could go out and celebrate. It was really nice because we haven't been out since Sydney and Caden came. The kids had so much fun with Grandpa and Grandma, they had so many stories to tell them. Caden is becoming quite the talker.

Aaron and I went out and bought these seats called Bumbo. So far we think their great. It helps them sit up, have better head control, and have a different view and actually be able to interact with each other more. Already it seems Caden can be on his stomach and hold his head up better.

When these two get tired Caden needs his nookie and Sydney puts her hand over hers to keep it in.

Southern MN trip

Sydney and Caden got to meet my Aunt Traci and cousin Tasia for the first time. My aunt was so excited!!! Then, we went up to Grandpa and Grandma Guenther's to visit them. Caden kept on looking at Grandpa and was thinking, "Are we twins?" "We have the same hair style."

Worth a thousand words...

Caden & Sydney are growing so fast. I'm very fortunate that I get the opportunity to watch these 2 grow 24/7. They both already have such beautiful personalities.

Cousins - Kayla, Tanner, & Jordan

Aaron's sisters, Amy, Stacey and her family came up from Iowa this weekend. We all were having so much fun, that most of us ended up staying in our pj's all day Saturday. Thanks for coming up, we had a lot of fun!

Nap time......

As you can see Sydney has the concept of nap time down, but Caden on the other hand... mommy caught him playing in his crib :) Usually it's the other way around.
